How long until my order ships?
We try to ship out orders within 5 business days. Depending on inventory levels and supply this may take longer. Tracking information will be provided once your shipping label has been created.
* Please note: We try our best to maintain accurate inventory levels however in rare situations certain items may be out of stock but still show available for online purchase. Should this happen we will notify you by email and you can choose to wait for new stock or we will gladly issue a refund.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We can try to do our best to modify any orders after they are placed but unfortunately we can not make any promises. If orders are already fulfilled/shipped we can not make any changes to your order.
Are there any Customs Fees (Import + Duty)?
We are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes for orders shipped outside of Canada. Different countries may impose additional fees on orders that go through customs. All taxes and shipping fees required by us are shown at checkout.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Should you not receive such an email please contact us by emailing email@example.com
It looks like you don't offer shipping to my address?
We do our best to provide shipping to as many countries/addresses as possible. That being said there are certain addresses which we may not be able to ship our products to. Should you encounter any issues with shipping to your address, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to see if there is anything we can do to rectify the situation!
